Runzelstirn and Gurgelstock

From Switzerland. The most violent musique concrète ever made. Happened mostly during late ’80s and early ’90s noise from Japan explosion, but was not anything like. Opposite in fact. The use of silence never worked as well as this. Rudolph Eb.er is an unsung hero, and you should be afraid of him. He's the GG Allin of "electronic music." But don't write it off as shock. Even though Mr. R Eb.er has been known to smear shit on the walls of art galleries, R&G is no mere shock-value schlock. Anything the man does wields memorable power. Besides being frightening enough to cause people only be able to laugh nervously in reaction during performances, he really has created some of the most interesting and effective splice recordings/compositions on earth. At this point you'll have to ask the right people to find R&G. Europeans will fare better than Americans. Other related projects include the Shimpfluch Gruppe, which is also "good" — but nothing quite compares with this R&G, or the one with the horse-chair on the cover.
